Free time. Your time for journaling, sketching, wandering, extended sit spot, a nap under the trees…

Please bring:

  • sit cushion for sitting on the forest floor
  • lunch
  • personal snacks, water
  • poem or short reading to share

We know that shifting out of our ‘fight or flight’ mind and into our parasympathetic system will support the body to naturally balance and heal. This Soothing the Senses series is designed to help us with that shift and gift us with extended time to allow Nature to have her way with us!  The health benefits of extended time in Nature are real, enjoyable, and proven. It is meant to be this way.
